Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We ship all Vital Essence Haircare products securely through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
A flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies to all orders under $50.
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If a package is returned undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment charges.
